• Provide clear advance information about venues, content, and participation formats
   

• Offer digital or alternative engagement routes where feasible
   

• Collaborate with partners and participants to reduce barriers to access
   

2. Physical and digital access

Where we use physical venues, we will:

• Prioritise step-free access or provide clear access information
   

• Ensure accessible toilets where possible
   

• Work with hosts to meet specific access needs
   

For digital work, we will:

• Provide captions, transcripts, or plain text alternatives where feasible
   

• Use accessible platforms and interfaces
   

• Provide content warnings and descriptions as needed
   

3. Inclusive practice

• Designing with access in mind, not as an afterthought
   

• Seeking feedback and making reasonable adjustments
   

• Avoiding assumptions about participation, language, ability, or prior knowledge
   

• Valuing lived experience and recognising that access needs are varied and dynamic
